Yin is a gentle yoga practice that targets and strengthens the joints. Based on Eastern Philosophy and acupressure points, it is suitable even for beginners. Designed to create balance in busy lifestyles, yin yoga encourages us to slow down and pause.
Poses are mostly floor based and are held for long periods of time. After practice you will feel calm, relaxed and flexible.
